Trust It Won’t Fall
You know where you've been, what you've been through, and you probably know where you're at. However, there are times when we encounter less-than-perfect circumstances, situations where we don't have access to the time, resources, support, etc., that we are accustomed to having at our disposal.
This is the time when perceived weaknesses are highlighted and promises may be abandoned. Or it can be the moment when ingenuity kicks in, resourcefulness wells up, and confidence builds.
Look around. Instead of the usual suspects who are now conspicuously absent, what do you see? What is within arm's reach? What seems reasonable? Is it aesthetically pleasing? Does that even matter? Maybe ask yourself what might work instead of what won't, and then get to it.
Your experiences shape who you are. This includes not only how you dress, cooking skills, or political views. Your life experiences influence your thinking and work. Can you draw upon the good and bad experiences you've had and apply the lessons learned, even in situations where they may not seem to fit? Trust in your abilities to accomplish what others may say is impossible. Trust what you build won’t fall. You might be surprised by the results.
